Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing evaluations to pinpoint patient needs and track progress.
- Establish and evolve personalized care plans that actively involve patients and their families in the recovery journey.
- Utilize advanced physical therapy techniques and skilled interventions tailored to each patient’s unique condition.
- Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel to ensure a high standard of care.
- Act as a key clinical resource, refining treatment strategies to ensure every patient achieves their maximum functional potential.
