About The Position
As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain movement, strength, and independence after injury or surgery. You'll play a pivotal role in their recovery, collaborating with our team to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that align with each patient's unique needs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Valid state Physical Therapy license
- Proven experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and design customized therapy plans
- Assist patients with exercises and movements to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle changes
