What You’ll Do Run evals and build clear plans of care Direct PTA-led treatment with clean handoffs Adjust plans using outcomes data Join weekly clinical labs (short + useful) Mentor or get mentored—your choice If Grossmont Manager: guide daily clinic flow + support the team

Requirements

• Active CA PT license (or pending)
• Ortho or post-op rehab experience
• Able to direct PTA care clearly
• Strong, steady communication
• For Grossmont Manager: prior leadership or lead-level responsibilities
