About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of therapy services for Washington County Regional Medical Center, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, all working together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. TPS invests in its clinicians, offering opportunities to participate in their Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, virtual educational series, and OCS prep collaborative. The company is committed to patient care and satisfaction, treating each patient as they would want their families and themselves to be treated. The role involves working with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork. Clinicians are supported through thoughtful scheduling, defined territories to ensure appropriate caseloads, limited drive time between visits whenever possible, clinical leadership by therapists, individualized support for professional growth, and collaboration with Washington County Regional Medical Center colleagues for a comprehensive, team-based approach to care. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
