About The Position
🌟 Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity Split Between Two Vibrant Communities (West Dundee & Elgin) If you’re a Physical Therapist who loves connection, creativity, and helping older adults stay active and independent — this role was made for you. We’re looking for our next employee-owner to join a collaborative, upbeat rehab team supporting two welcoming senior-living communities: West Dundee – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays Elgin – Tuesdays & Thursdays This split schedule gives you variety, strong relationships with two teams, and a steady caseload you can truly influence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid or pending state PT license (new grads welcome!)
- Experience in rehab, acute care, or long-term care is helpful, but not required — we love to grow our team from within
Responsibilities
- Set meaningful goals and deliver purposeful, patient-centered treatment
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that actually listens
- Partner with and supervise PTAs who value your leadership
- Help your patients reclaim strength, function, and confidence
- Enjoy the stability of two consistent locations without the chaos of constant travel
