Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Wisconsin
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical function and mobility
