We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Petaluma, California. Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to start ASAP

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
