About The Position
Our team is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide consistent, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. You will help individuals improve mobility, manage discomfort, and work toward functional recovery through customized therapy plans. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to keep treatment practical and patient specific.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and identify treatment priorities
- Build care plans that align with each patient’s condition and recovery goals
- Guide patients through exercise-based and hands-on therapy sessions
- Review patient response to treatment and update plans accordingly
- Provide instruction on safe movement and home exercise routines
- Maintain detailed treatment notes and progress documentation
- Contribute to a smooth and professional clinical environment
