Requirements

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and sports-related conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Treat a diverse outpatient population including sports injuries, balance/gait disorders, and post-operative cases
Document care accurately using Raintree EMR
Collaborate with a team-oriented clinical staff and contribute to a positive clinic culture
