About The Position

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Permanent Placement Full-Time | Tennessee Blue United Sourcing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Tennessee. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting. New PT graduates are encouraged to apply! Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or Compact License
  • CPR certification
  • Basic PC skills and experience with EMR systems
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing range of motion, strength, balance, posture, ambulation, and functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure treatment plans are properly executed
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Utilize the NETHEALTH system for documentation and reporting
