Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Passionate about improving lives through personalized care

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services that improve mobility, function, and long-term outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient progress
Supervise and delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate
Educate patients and families to encourage active participation and lasting results
Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care
