Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and sports-related conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Treat a diverse outpatient population including sports injuries, balance/gait disorders, and post-operative cases
  • Document care accurately using Raintree EMR
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented clinical staff and contribute to a positive clinic culture
