Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for our mission are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ movement, strength, function, and overall mobility to identify impairments and set meaningful goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure success in achieving goals.
  • Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
  • Stay current with best practices and continue to grow your expertise through ongoing education.
