Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2025–2026 school year in Algonquin , Illinois . We’re looking for a collaborative professional excited to support a Homebound High School student. If you are looking for a flexible schedule or to earn additional compensation, this is the role for you! Job Details Location: Homebound Services with Huntley Community School District 158 Start Date: As soon as possible and complete 30 hours of compensatory service minutes before June 30th Schedule: Flexible, make your own schedule to complete Homebound Services with a High School student Provide physical therapy direct therapy services and progress monitoring Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and the special education team Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Active Illinois PT License PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred School-based experience a plus Benefits & Perks W-2 employment Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching Benefits available at 0.8 FTE or higher; waiting period applies.
