About The Position

An established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Stanwood, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing, collaborative team. This hybrid role combines traditional outpatient physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and telehealth services, offering flexibility, professional growth, and work-life balance. The clinic utilizes an evidence-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care model developed through Joint Academy, an internationally recognized approach that has helped reduce joint replacement rates through early intervention and digital rehabilitation. Requirements

  • Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license
  • Two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and patient-engagement skills
  • Interest in telehealth and digital rehabilitation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Aquatic therapy experience preferred; training available

Responsibilities

  • Provide 45-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic therapy patients
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver telehealth physical therapy sessions using digital rehabilitation platforms
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
  • Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately in the EMR
