About The Position

FYZICAL City Park Fitness Center in Westminster, CO is seeking a motivated, dynamic Physical Therapist to join our independently owned, clinician-led clinic serving the West Denver metro area. This FYZICAL location is owned by a Physical Therapist with over 28 years of experience who is deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and helping clinicians grow with confidence. Our clinic offers a supportive team environment, true 1-on-1 patient care, and a culture that values communication, collaboration, and enjoying the work you do. City Park Fitness Center is located at the City of Westminster Fitness Center - we occupy a small 1000 sq foot private clinic space and then share the space of the full gym and pools at the rec center with the community. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
  • Adult outpatient preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
  • Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, manual therapy, balance, aquatic therapy, neurologic, dry needling or fall-risk care is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a high-trust environment
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Proficient with EMR systems and digital clinical tools
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a high-trust environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients of various ages
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and examinations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
  • Adjust care plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinical leadership
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers for long-term success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support clinic operations, quality standards, and best practices
  • Participate in local marketing and community outreach initiatives
