Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PT program with active OK license (or eligibility)
- Ability to thrive in an outpatient rehab setting with autonomy
- Passion for helping patients with orthopedic, sports, spine, pelvic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
- 1+ year outpatient ortho/neuro or vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Pelvic health experience a plus (training available)
Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient evaluations and exams
- Establish diagnoses and individualized care plans with clear goals
- Deliver interventions and exercises; measure and track outcomes
- Educate patients on home care and therapy continuation
- Supervise PTAs, aides, or students as appropriate
- Contribute to clinic operations, community lectures, and provider marketing events
