About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in an outpatient setting. This position focuses on evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and helping individuals improve movement, reduce pain, and return to daily activities safely. You will have the time to work closely with each patient and provide thoughtful, goal-based care without an overloaded schedule.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement training
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate with providers and staff regarding patient care plans
