About The Position
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. The ideal candidate will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
