About The Position
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice that values consistency, quality care, and real patient progress. This role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and helping people build strength, improve movement, and reduce pain over time. If you prefer a clinic setting where you can stay focused and present with each patient, this opportunity may be a great fit.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations

Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations
- Create treatment plans that align with patient needs and recovery goals
- Deliver skilled physical therapy through exercise instruction and manual techniques
- Track improvements and modify treatment plans based on progress
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Document visits, evaluations, and progress notes accurately
