Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or in final stages of licensure)
• A few years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered mindset
• Team player who values communication and collaboration
• Self-starter who takes ownership of patient care
• Positive attitude and enjoys a fun, professional work environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment
• Collaborate with and supervise PTAs as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team
