FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a new clinic in Cliffside Park, NJ, and we’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide best-in-class care to our patients. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited PT program with an active NJ license
• 1+ year of PT experience (adult outpatient experience a plus)
• Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk interventions preferred
• CPR/BLS certified
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to professional development and continuing education

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language proficiency a plus
• Prior experience supervising PTAs or Techs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehab
• Conduct evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
• Adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients, family, and caregivers on ongoing care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Document treatments accurately in EMR
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
• Learn and implement FYZICAL’s proprietary treatment methodology
