Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania Minimum of 1 year recent experience required, Home Health experience preferred Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and insurance coverage Must pass a satisfactory criminal record check Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop individualized care plans. Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies to promote independence and recovery. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience required, Home Health experience preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and insurance coverage
