Per Diem Nights and Weekends - Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: NovaCare in Odenton, Maryland Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri) Compensation: $45- $50 /hour Join Our Team as a Per Diem Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics Are you an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist looking for flexible hours and a supportive team? At NovaCare Odenton, we’re seeking a PRN clinician to provide coverage during: Evenings: 2 PM – 8 PM Saturdays: 8 AM – 2 PM We’re flexible with days and can offer consistency if desired, perfect for someone who values work-life balance and autonomy. About the Role This PRN opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with at least two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience. (Please note: We are unable to consider new graduates at this time.) You’ll treat a diverse patient population across conditions such as: General Orthopedics & Sports Injuries Neurological Rehabilitation Vestibular & Concussion Care Prosthetics & Orthotics Amputee Rehabilitation Oncology (ReVital) & Lymphedema Pediatrics Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) & POETs ACL Rehabilitation & Fall Prevention Programs PRN Perks Continuing Education: Free in-person and online CEUs Career Growth: Access to a nationwide support network 401(k): Company matching after 1,000 hours in a calendar year Diversity: Work with varied team sizes, patient populations, and specialties

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
  • At least two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document
  • Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians
  • Participate in team meetings
