About The Position

Sentara is hiring Physical Therapists for multiple Outpatient Therapy Centers located in Southside Hampton Roads Area (Norfolk, Va. Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, & Elizbeth City) As a Physical Therapist with Sentara you will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Physical Therapy or Higher
• VA License of Physical Therapy
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility

• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers
