About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new grads, for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. The role focuses on patient care, offering competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path to professional growth. This position will split between the Concord and Kannapolis clinics to support growth in Kannapolis. Upstream Rehabilitation is a national network of over 1,200 clinics, providing central support to handle administrative work, allowing clinicians to focus on patients and leverage data, technology, and innovation for quality outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
