Requirements

  • Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of California.
  • New Graduates are highly encouraged to apply—we are excited to help you grow!

Responsibilities

  • Individualized Care: Evaluate residents and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to short-term rehab and long-term care goals.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that focus on restoring mobility, strength, and independence.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work alongside the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident quality of life and participate in care conferences.
  • Mentorship: Assist in the supervision of PTAs and provide education to nursing staff regarding safe mobility and restorative care.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough evaluations and daily notes in accordance with California state standards.
