About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Pompano Beach, FL. The role involves helping patients improve mobility, recover after injury, and achieve practical day-to-day goals through one-on-one treatment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a patient volume of 1 patient per hour. This opportunity is suited for individuals who enjoy patient interaction, clinical problem-solving, and a consistent weekday routine.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates may be considered

Responsibilities

• Assess new patients and establish treatment goals
• Design and carry out individualized therapy plans
• Provide treatment using exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
• Reevaluate patient progress and revise care as needed
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and long-term maintenance
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
