About The Position

We’re expanding our team and need a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized care in a supportive environment. Located in Naples Park, our private outpatient clinic focuses on quality care where every patient is given the time they need to achieve their goals. You’ll have a manageable patient load and the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships with each person.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy with manual techniques, exercises, and education
• Track and report on patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
• Educate patients on at-home exercises to continue their recovery
• Document all patient care and progress in a timely manner
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere
