About The Position

Provides physical therapy services and establishes physical therapy plan of care, consistent with GVMH policies and procedures, standards of practice applicable to physical therapy, and applicable Missouri practice act regarding physical therapy services. Works in a team environment to provide consistent, high-quality patient care in inpatient, home health, school or outpatient settings as designated by director.
