Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Texas
• A patient, playful, and motivated approach to care
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred - new grads with a passion for pediatrics are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy
• Create individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence
• Partner with families and caregivers to support progress at home
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
