About The Position

Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health 📍 Redding, CA 💰 $160,000 Salary + $20,000 Performance Bonus ⭐ Interviews scheduled within 48 hours for qualified candidates. Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing home health team serving Typical Caseload • Average 6 patient visits per day. • Majority of the time the territory will be: Shasta county and Tehama county. • Clinical support team assists with coordination and scheduling This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting, allowing therapists to focus on patient outcomes while enjoying flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and full benefits. Requirements

  • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services according to physician orders and Plan of Care
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
