Physical Therapist Out Patient - Full-time Position Available to New Graduates
About The Position
Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team serving a primarily outpatient population, with some home health coverage as part of the role. This position offers a desirable 4x10 schedule, providing three days off each week and excellent work–life balance. You’ll typically see 10–15 patients per day in a patient-focused, team-oriented environment. This role reports directly to the Therapy Manager and works closely with an interdisciplinary care team that values quality outcomes, collaboration, and continuity of care. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported through mentorship and onboarding. This position is based in Joliet, a small Montana town known for its outdoor recreation and laid-back lifestyle. Located about an hour from Billings, approximately two hours from Yellowstone National Park, and near the scenic Beartooth Pass, the area is ideal for those who love skiing, hiking, wide-open landscapes, and weekend adventures. The clinic is approximately 45 minutes from the hospital in Red Lodge, offering a mix of rural charm and access to regional resources.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed in Montana or eligible for licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- New graduates encouraged to apply
