About The Position
Administers physical therapy treatment as prescribed by physician. Evaluates effectiveness of treatment by observing patient progress. Maintains required patient and departmental records.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited institution, including a supervised clinical internship.
- Current licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- Current CPR certification.
