About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Bonita Springs, FL. This role focuses on evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and return to daily activities safely. You will work in a setting that values quality care, steady scheduling, and time to focus on each patient without being rushed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, pain points, and mobility concerns
- Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises
- Track progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
