About The Position

CHI St. Vincent, a regional health network serving Arkansas, is part of CommonSpirit Health. They have served Arkansas since 1888 and are known for care advancements. CHI St Vincent North is a 69-bed facility with a strong neuro and cardiac focus, offering a small-town feeling of family and camaraderie. CHI St. Vincent provides care to its team members, offering benefits that support work/life balance. As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing after illness, injury, or issues with aging. You will use various treatments to help patients reduce pain, build strength and endurance, increase range of motion, or develop better balance to keep them functioning at their best level. The physical therapy team sees several patients daily for initial evaluations, re-evaluations, or treatments, with therapists performing most treatments themselves. You will work with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those recovering from orthopedic injury or surgery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or conditions affecting balance. The environment is busy and fast-paced, but collaborative and supportive, with team members offering help, advice, or mentoring. You should be personable, positive, and motivated to provide quality care to a wide variety of patients every day.
