Our goals are to provide consistent treatment across the board from staff-to-staff."-Kevin Kay, RVP of Operations MOTION NYS Physical Therapist Salary: $85,000 - $112,000 / Year (commensurate with experience) Sign-on bonuses available Job Location: 160 East 56th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown East; outpatient clinic) Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday; 40 hours per week). Schedule: Mon and Wed 7:00 AM–4:00 PM days, Tues and Thurs 10:00 AM–7:00 PM days, and Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule can be slightly adjusted at the time of hiring if necessary. Minimal flexibility. Requirements

Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
CPR and first aid certification required
Must be familiar with orthopedic and sports therapy cases

Responsibilities

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey
