About The Position

CHI St. Vincent, a regional health network serving Arkansas, is part of CommonSpirit Health. They have served Arkansas since 1888 and are known for care advancements, with over 4,500 coworkers, 1,000 medical staff, and 500 volunteers. CHI St Vincent North is a 69-bed facility with a strong neuro and cardiac focus, offering a small-town feeling of family and camaraderie. CommonSpirit Health, formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health in 2019, is committed to building healthy communities, advocating for the poor and vulnerable, and innovating healing. CHI St. Vincent supports team member well-being with benefits that complement work/life balance. As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain physical well-being after illness, injury, or issues with aging. This involves using various treatments to reduce pain, build strength and endurance, increase range of motion, or develop better balance. The physical therapy team sees several patients daily for initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments, with therapists performing most treatments themselves. You will work with diverse patient backgrounds, including orthopedic injury/surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions. The environment is busy and fast-paced, but collaborative and supportive, with team members offering help, advice, or mentoring. To succeed, you must be a team player, constantly collaborating with other therapists, patients, and their families for the best treatment outcomes. You should be personable, positive, and motivated to provide quality care to a wide variety of patients daily.
