About The Position
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role supporting patients through recovery and rehabilitation. You’ll assess physical function, create structured treatment plans, and guide patients through consistent therapy sessions designed to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Washington PT license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify treatment needs
- Develop structured rehabilitation plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and manual interventions
- Track progress and modify care as needed
- Educate patients on proper techniques and recovery steps
- Maintain clinical records and documentation
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
