Summary of Job: The Physical Therapist shall plan and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs for residents in a variety of settings according to accepted Physical Therapy practices and principles and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Postgraduate Bachelor’s Degree
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and currently licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Physical Therapist.
• Three months of related experience in a senior living community or skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to effectively communicate using basic language skills.
• Ability to manage time and the work demands using practical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiar with programs including, Rehab Optima, Casamba, Point Click Care, Microsoft Office, etc.
