Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
  • Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, orthopedic-focused rehabilitation
  • Driven to grow in a culture that values innovation, ethics, and teamwork
  • AZ PT License (Or Eligible)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Monitor clinical progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with PTAs, referring physicians, and multidisciplinary care partners
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and compliance standards
