About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Full/Part Time Physical Therapist (PT). Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Jersey PT license (or license-eligible)
- Strong interest in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and fall-risk patients
- Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player
Nice To Haves
- Vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient PT evaluations & exams
- Diagnose orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related conditions
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
- Provide evidence-based PT interventions, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on techniques for continued care
