About The Position
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working directly with patients and building treatment plans that support real progress. In this role, you will help patients recover from injury, surgery, and physical limitations by improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall function. This is a steady outpatient role with a manageable patient schedule and a clear focus on individualized care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Create and carry out treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Use hands-on techniques when appropriate to support recovery
- Track patient response to treatment and adjust care plans
- Provide education to support long-term progress outside the clinic
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
