Requirements

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• Patient, energetic, and child-centered approach to care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
• Partner with families and caregivers to support progress and carryover at home
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
