Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado, or eligibility to obtain licensure (including scheduled board examination)
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment
• Strong knowledge of physical medicine, therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks, follow written and verbal instructions, and prioritize patient care effectively
• Proficiency within six (6) months of hire in clinical and administrative systems, including Meditech, Cedaron, PACS, Exercise Pro, Allscripts EHR, Galactica, QHN, Microsoft Office, Kronos, and HealthStream

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation services is preferred
• Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants, students, or support staff is a plus
• Previous hands-on experience across a range of physical therapy services preferred

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
