About The Position

Pediatric Therapy Resources, part of Strulowitz & Gargiulo/ TwinBoro Physical Therapy, is a dynamic team of 25 Occupational and Physical Therapists servicing the Jersey City Public Schools. We are looking for an experienced school based PT with NJ License and the ability to obtain a NJ School certification to join our team. Join our team as a Physical Therapist in our Jersey City School District where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person continuous education courses Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand therapy Race fee reimbursement Sick Time and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your Responsibilities as an Physical Therapist Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Determining appropriate treatment plans through documented evaluations and consultations. Carefully transcribing all services provided in an effective and clear manner. Striving for professional development and timely completion of duties. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • BLS certification
