St. Anne Institute is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our early childhood education program and school age students through the residential and day services programs.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- New York State Physical Therapist licensure
- NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Provide services according to individual IEP
- Collaborating with classroom teachers, teaching assistants and therapists
- Complete documentation including therapy notes, progress reports and annual testing
- Evaluate preschool aged children to determine eligibility for services
- Maintain open communication with parents, guardians and teachers about progress towards goals and carryover strategies
