About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, identify movement limitations, and deliver treatment plans that support recovery and long-term function. This role focuses on one-on-one care, clear clinical decision-making, and helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily performance through structured therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and establish treatment goals
- Create individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
- Reassess patient progress and update treatment approaches as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
- Maintain consistent, high-quality patient care throughout the treatment process
