About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient clinic in Tampa, FL. This position is centered on helping patients recover from injury, improve physical function, and move through daily life with greater confidence and less discomfort. You will have the time to give each patient focused care, build strong treatment plans, and follow progress closely from start to finish.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered
Responsibilities
- Assess patient mobility, strength, pain levels, and functional limitations
- Design and carry out treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Deliver therapy through exercise instruction, movement training, and manual techniques
- Reevaluate patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
- Provide education on recovery strategies and home programs
- Document evaluations, daily visits, and progress notes accurately
