Physical Therapist at Surgical Institute of Reading
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a patient-first mindset, and a desire to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for orthopedic and sports rehab

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with referring physicians, physical therapy aides, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and staff development
